After Bruen, gun rights groups are suing local governments to strike down restrictions on assault weapons and large-capacity magazines. We’re defending them.
THE IMPACT
This case will test whether local governments can still outlaw the public carrying and possession of assault weapons and large-capacity magazines, following the Supreme Court’s sweeping opinion in NYRSRPA v. Bruen. Observers expect it to reach the Supreme Court.
